The Low-Rise Trim Sector administers a Health & Welfare Trust Plan for the exclusive purpose of providing benefits for participating members, their beneficiaries and their dependents.
The Low-Rise Trim Sector administers a Health and Welfare Trust Plan for the exclusive purpose of providing benefits for participating members, their beneficiaries and their dependents. The Trust Agreement establishes the purpose of the Trust Fund and duties, powers and responsibilities of the Trustees to govern the Benefit Plan. The fund is trusted by representatives of both the Union and the Association.
Current Trustees include from management, Carlo D’Ambrosio & Tony DiSerio and from Union Pat Bono.
